Booking & Reservation Policy
A minimum two-hour booking is required for all photo booth rentals. Your event date is not considered reserved until a deposit has been received and booking confirmation has been issued. Bookings may be made through our website or through our social media platforms by submitting an inquiry with your event details.
Payment Terms
A deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon. Additional hours requested during the event will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
Current pricing:
360 Photo Booth Rental – starting at $275 for 2 hours
Selfie Booth Rental – starting at $275 for 2 hours
360 + Selfie Booth Package – starting at $450 for 2 hours
Additional hours may be added depending on availability.
Setup Requirements
To properly set up the booth equipment, the client must provide:
• A flat surface for setup • Approximately 8x8 feet of space for the 360 booth
• Access to a standard power outlet within reasonable distance
• Adequate space for guests to safely use the booth Setup and breakdown time is included within the rental window unless otherwise arranged.
Equipment Use & Guest Safety
Guests must follow all instructions provided by the booth operator or event host when using the equipment. ASH Elite Creations reserves the right to pause or stop service if guests are misusing equipment, behaving unsafely, or creating conditions that may damage the equipment. Clients may be held responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse.
Venue & Insurance Requirements
Some venues require vendors to provide proof of liability insurance. If your venue requires vendor insurance documentation, please notify us in advance so that we can coordinate accordingly. Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue allows photo booth equipment.
Outdoor Event Policy
Outdoor setups are permitted under suitable conditions. Equipment must be placed on a flat and covered surface to protect it from weather conditions such as rain, excessive heat, or strong wind. ASH Elite Creations reserves the right to adjust or cancel outdoor operation if weather conditions create safety risks.
Travel & Service Area
We service events throughout Richmond and the Central Virginia area. Travel outside of this area may be subject to an additional travel fee depending on distance.
Overtime & Additional Hours
If additional time is requested during the event and scheduling permits, the booth may remain open at the standard additional hourly rate. Overtime must be approved by the event host and paid accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable once a date has been reserved. However, clients may contact us regarding potential rescheduling options depending on availability.
Liability
ASH Elite Creations will take all reasonable steps to ensure equipment operates properly during the event. However, we are not responsible for issues caused by:
• Venue power failure
• Internet connectivity issues (if required for sharing features)
• Guest misuse of equipment
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Agreement
By booking services with ASH Elite Creations, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and policies outlined above.
Policies & Rental Agreement
And inside the booking page add a checkbox: “I have read and agree to the Rental Agreement and Event Policies.”
That protects us legally before the first booking even happens.
